This house was built in 1830-31, by the Vicar of Preston, the Reverend Roger Carus Wilson and was later the premises of the accountant Mr James Todd Number 7 Winckley Square. Now, Napthen:Houghton:Craven, Solicitors. This house was built in 1830-31, by the Vicar of Preston, the Reverend Roger Carus-Wilson, and later the premises of the accountant Mr James Todd, whose ashes are interred in the wall of this property.
